Every year Santa (or one of his helpers) comes to RHI. We have gone the last couple of years and had a fun time enjoying cookies. We love it because it is not crowded at all! And the kids love to see Santa. My favorite is that Santa doesn't even really ask the kids what they want. He just visits a little with them.
Our first year we didn't take any pictures because they had somebody there with a camera collecting email addresses. They gave Spencer prints and they were framed pretty badly. The tree was completely in frame, but the people weren't.
We were prepared this time and spencer started taking pictures. He looked over the shoulder of the photographer and noticed good framing, so he stopped. When he got the pictures they were so out of focus!! We just can't win. No worries. We had a nice time.

This picture (and others) should be in their own post. Later. Amy Silva, a photographer in our ward, offered a newborn shoot for Chris to build her portfolio. Chris was a little past the newborn stage and not dead asleep, but it was great. We love the pictures!
