Dad Life from Church on the Move on Vimeo.
You may have seen this before. I saw it for the first time this evening and thought it was funny enough to share. I'm sure it's telling that at the end I had some tears in my eyes. No I did not cry, the end just made me really happy. Anyone want to babysit?! :)
You can go here for more funny videos by Anita Renfroe. I remember her "William Tell Momisms" being sent around a few years ago. If you have some time check them out. If not, just watch the above. I don't think you'll be sorry.

We got the boys a T-ball set. They just loved it. It was really cute how Benny would make sure Andy got a turn, and then reminded Andy to watch out when it was his turn.

andy is at the stage where he usually gets two naps a day - unless i need to run some errands, those days just one. these last few days he's had about 1 1/2 naps total, followed by not falling asleep last night until a little after 9p (i think more teeth coming in).

as a graduation gift to spencer, my parents gave us one of their timeshare weeks to exchange. my mom really thought we needed one last hurrah before medical school so we had some fun memories to look back on. we went online and found a week available on oahu at marriott's ko olina resort. we grabbed it and about two weeks ago we took our first trip to hawaii together. it was a great trip. my sister bethany was awesome and agreed to watch the boys for us. we felt really bad when we realized we were leaving them with her on mother's day - and both bethany and nate were speaking in sacrament meeting that day. she tells us that everything went really well. after a couple of days benny started calling bethany "mommy" and by saturday he was calling nate "daddy." i'm glad he felt so comfortable there. it was also a great chance for him to kind-of get to know more of his cousins on my side. andy was, of course, oblivious to everything.
we flew into honolulu sunday afternoon. we were able to go to a sacrament meeting there and then made our way to the resort. we were there sunday to sunday (may 11-18) - mother's day to our anniversary.

i promise he wasn't getting hurt! benny loves balloons, and this is one my grandmother gave him for his first birthday that we blew up quite a while ago for him. it has now since gone the way of trash, but he loved walking around with it and playing it with it. and he absolutely loved it when i bounced it in his face!

what a great birthday present from benny! during one of our breaks from harry potter spencer decided on a little entertainment for benny. this video was taken toward the tail end, so unfortunately they're not the fresh giggles from the beginning. no matter what, i love it!
finally, after trying to figure it out for a while, i have learned how to post a video on this thing (thanks to heidi and jordyn for your help!). after figuring out how to do it i realized that most of the videos we have probably aren't very appealing to most other people. i do think this one is pretty cute, though. enjoy!
so, this is from quite a while ago (you can tell by the length of benny's hair), but i thought it was cute enough to share. benny's hands were cold so i started rubbing them to warm them up and he just started laughing and laughing! luckily spencer was able to get footage. i think it's so funny when benny laughs hard like that!
