Benny "reads" Truckery Rhymes

This is mainly for grandparents and other family members. It's 9 minutes long, so you don't have to watch it by any means.

Grandma and Grandpa Cotterell gave the kids Jon Scieszka's Trucktown Truckery Rhymes for Christmas and the boys love it. It's a whole lot of nursery rhymes done with lots of trucks. It's really cute. At first I thought Benny only knew a couple of them. Last week he surprised me by sitting down and "reading" them all.

I love that author--what a great gift! Benny looks so grown up--isn't it amazing?

We watched a few minutes . . . It took a minute to get used to Benny's accent. We thought it was spanish, especially since he started with "si." :)

Not quite, "Si," Rich. He was saying "Cheese" for the camera. :)

I agree with Mom. Not only is it cute to hear Benny reading his book, but I love hearing Andy laughing in the background.

Hey Faith! I remember you had told me you had a blog so I had to take a look. What a cute blog! We will have to get together once this lovely storm is gone. Stay warm!
