we are thrilled to be the owners of a piano! after looking on craigslist since before we even got here, i went on wednesday with the boys to test one out. it's not perfect, but for what we paid, it's phenomenal! now we just need to get it tuned.
benny loves it too. the bench is a little too high for him to climb on alone, which isn't a bad thing; although, he has not been pounding on the keys. he loves the music and tries to mimic what i play. sometimes he even sings while he's playing. i hope he always loves music.

That is so great! I am definitely happy for you. I remember my mom playing music on Sunday mornings as we kids all got ready for church. It's a very nice memory.
I didn't know you played! What a great looking piano!
I like the Spoons, Scentsy, and the piano. It looks really nice! That will be fun to have! Now, on to our move. . .augh!
teresa, it depends in what context you mean "play." :) i'm nothing great, by any means, but i can play quite a few hymns.
courtnie, the scentsy was in the kitchen (where it did get used), but now it's great to help get rid of the smoker smell... that's the only bad thing about the piano... good luck with your move!
Nice addition! I'm jealous! I'd love to have a piano in our apt....oh wait...we wouldn't fit in it if we had one so I guess I can wait until we have a bigger place for a piano! Congrats! Also, thanks for the "home" update! I'm glad it didn't take long! FYI: we applied to 2 D.O. schools last week and one was Tulsa! Jordan is real nervous so he wanted to see if he could even get into D.O.
Keep Smiling!
